The CAPC is a 501c3 non-profit agency, and any donations are tax deductible in accordance with the law.
Within the limits prescribed by law, the full value of your gifted item is deductible for Federal income tax purposes,
whether or not that item sells for a different price at our auction. 
Donated items can be picked up by the CAPC prior to the event. 

Drop off/pick up arrangements are appreciated before September 14, 2026. 

Donors will be publicly acknowledged at the event on October 3, 2026.
